Payment is expected at or before the time of your lesson, unless a previous arrangement has been discussed. We accept credit card, personal check, Venmo or of course cash.
Cancellation or rescheduling
Your time has been reserved specifically for you. If you must cancel or reschedule you may do so through the email link you receive when scheduling it up to 24 hours ahead of time. Otherwise you will be responsible for the lesson fee.
I’m running late, what should I do?
If you are running late, please send me a text or call me on my cell 516.770.7790. I may be teaching other students at that time and unable to pick up or respond right away, but it is important to me to know you are on your way. Due to my busy schedule I am unable to extend my time beyond your appointment, but I will do my best to make the most of the time we do have.
What if the weather is really bad?
When school is in session I will use their judgement as to cancellations or not. For my Great Neck Location, I will refer to they Great Neck Public School Website. For my NYC locations, I will refer to the NYC Public Schools website. If they decide to cancel school or after school activities, then your in person lesson is canceled and can be rescheduled, I do give you the option however to reschedule your lesson to be online via Skype.
